I swear, I was ready to get out the Metamucil when I saw all that cheese overflowing from your Mac dish!
Seriously, it looked awesome, but not as mouthwatering awesome as that chocolate mousse/pie I saw. I think I inhaled a few calories of it from afar.
Jon and I were just talking about your blog the other night. Sorry I've been so uncommunicative. It actually took me awhile to figure out how to do this.
I've LOVED your blog. You have a great way of writing to make your experiences vivid to us, the long-distance reader. What an education you are having. Amazing to be able to meet so many people from so many countries, and to be flying by the seat of your pants, as it were.
The rugby match sounded like a great adventure. Wish I could have witnessed the All Blacks out-performing their rivals at every turn. And the mood, and the kids in the balcony celebrating.
The Mac and Cheese looks perfect!!!! Nice job. WIsh I was there to eat some! The backpacker looks really nice.
